Security
Villa‘s area is guarded by two purebred Egyptian desert wild dogs: a female Mira (so named for the brown fur color, reminiscent of Arabic incense Commiphora myrrha) and a male Nile (a big and very friendly dog, named after the largest river of Egypt).
For many years, we make every effort to help the poor Egyptian animals – the horses and the dogs. In 2009, we brought to Lithuania a wild bitch Cappuccino, which still live in our house. In spring of 2012, we organized a campaign with the people of the same attitude to rescue the abandoned in stables and dying of hunger the Arab trotters, and in fall we feeded a litter of puppies, given birth in an empty abandoned house by a wild bitch. At the age of two months we housed these two babies in the villa.
Mira and Nile are very friendly and tidy dogs. Day and night they protect villa and its guests. If you love animals, when staying in the villa, you are welcomed to bring some food for them from your table (only dogs should not be given any potatoes or cabbages, wich are bad for the digestion of their stomach, and nor any fish having dangerous fish-bones). If you are avoiding dogs, they would not irritate you – Nile and Mira do not go to the rooms and keep away from the people.
